CHARITABLE OHIO

Enforcement Actions

The Ohio Attorney General’s Charitable Law Section investigates charitable fraud and pursues various enforcement actions to help recover misused charitable funds, stop fraudulent activity, and protect donors and charities. Summaries of enforcement actions taken by the section since 2013 are provided in the Ohio Attorney General Nonprofit Enforcement Actions report under Publications below.

If you are aware of a situation involving a nonprofit that you believe should be investigated by the Ohio Attorney General’s Office, please view the Charitable Complaints page.
